Delivery

We use a variety of couriers to deliver orders including Royal Mail, Parcelforce, DPD, TNT, DX, Palletforce and the Palletline network.

Your order may also be delivered using specialist vehicles by the manufacturer if you are ordering large items like Spas and Pools. If delivery access is restricted then please let us know as soon as possible so we can ensure there are no delays.

When you place your order you will be given an approximate stock availability message this is based on either our own stock holding or that of our suppliers, stock availability is updated throughout the day but if your item is urgent and stock is low we would suggest you phone us just to confirm.

If your order is placed by 11am we aim to despatch your order the same day, during checkout you can select what delivery service you require. Only timed services (10.30am and Saturday) are guaranteed, sometimes due to events outside our control couriers may not be able to complete their round or deliver in the morning/afternoon.

On receipt of your order it is important that you inspect the goods for any damage by looking inside any parcels, if there is any damage then you must either sign for the goods as damaged or refuse delivery. If you are unable to check the goods then you must sign for the goods as 'unchecked' failure to do so may mean that we are unable to replace items that are subsequently found to be damaged.
